Description

This park is located along Dotterer Road and also has access to Swamp Pike. A $224, 385 grant from the Montgomery County Open Space Program was used to purchase this 28 acre tract, which used to be  a commercial plant nursery.  The park is currently a passive site and is in its natural state. The Layfield Park Advisory Committee is developing a master plan for active recreational use, and an architectural drawing of the proposed Layfield Park is on display in the Township Building. The public is invited to attend all meetings and to offer suggestions and comments.
