Please call the New Hanover Township Authority for all sewer related emergencies at (610) 754-6432.
If the call is place during non-business hours, business hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., please call (610) 754-6432 and select option 4 to leave a message. Please make sure to leave your telephone number. Staff personal will call you back to assist you.
What is the quarterly sewer rental charge?
The quarterly sewer rental charge is $150.00 per EDU.
When are quarterly sewer rental payments due?
The quarterly sewer rental payments are due on the following dates; January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31.
How can I pay my quarterly sewer rental bill?
Your quarterly sewer rental payment can be paid through the mail by check, money order, or cashiers check.
You also have the ability to pay online through our bill pay platform.
Lastly you can pay your bill in person at the Municipal Building, which is located at 2943 North Charlotte Street, Gilbertsville, PA 19525. Payments are accepted in person Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Cash, check, and credit cards are currently able to be accepted.
There is also drop box at the Municipal Building, however please note that cash payments CANNOT be placed into the drop box.
What is the fee for a check that is returned for non-sufficient funds?
All accounts that have checks returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $50.00 non-sufficient fund fee?
