Hickory Park Pool Hours & Admission & Refund Policy:  Modified Pool Hours (school in session):  August 31st, September 1, 2 & 3:  3 pm to 7 pm.  September 4, 5, 6 & 7:  12 pm to 7 pm.  Daily admission week days for non-members. Weekend admission for pass holders and pavilion rentals only. Teens & Adults - $6, Ages 2 to 12 - $5, Under Age 2 - Free and Seniors (62+) - $2  There will be no refunds given for unused pool passes or swimming lessons.

Fall Frolic - September 12th from 12 pm to 5 pm at Hickory Park.  Vendors - $25 fee.  Wristband - $7.00 to participate in all activities!  

NYC Rockettes - Join us on November 29th for a bus trip!  We will be leaving the Recreation Center at 9 am heading to Rockefeller Center for free time.  Radio City Christmas Spectacular starts and 2:00 pm.  Free time again after the show.  Departing NYC at 5:30 pm and returning approximately 8:30 pm.  $140.00 per person includes travel and Christmas show.  Gratuity not included.  Call (610)652-2720 for more information.  

Montgomery County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events - 2015 events and schedules for Household Hazardous Waste, Tire Collection, and Paper Shredding have been posted. There has NOT been an Electronics Collection Program scheduled for New Hanover Township this year. Please visit for details.

Yard Waste Composting hours - Drop-off site at Hetrick Gardens, 2620 Swamp Pike, Gilbertsville, PA -  8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday.  9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday.  Closed Sunday.  Nov. 25 thru Feb. 29, 2016 by appointment.  Residents must register at office each time they drop off.  Accepting tree stumps 12" diameter or smaller; larger stumps accepted for a fee.   Non-residents and contractors may also drop off yard waste for a fee.
